All Scholars
The All Scholars screen (Scholar Sync → All Scholars) lists every researcher profile on your site, whether they were imported automatically or added by hand.
Columns
- Name — sortable. Click a name to open that researcher's edit screen.
- No. of articles — how many publications are currently stored for that researcher.
- Thumbnail — their profile photo, if one is set.
- Date — sortable. When the profile was first created.
Searching
Use the search box at the top right to filter the list by name.
Bulk deleting
Select one or more researchers using the checkboxes, choose Delete from the Bulk actions menu, and click Apply. Deleting a researcher also removes their stored articles and any group memberships — this cannot be undone.
